United States Navy personnel are on island for a variety of community activities. One is helping clean Waihonu of accumulated muck. Weather depending (watch storm warnings) 15 sailors will gather with community volunteers to continue what they began on Tuesday 3/10. Gather on the Lihiwai Street side of the park near the old makaha. Tools and gloves will be provided to those who don’t bring their own.
